A fee is charged for diagnostic analysis. If we believe we can fix, we’ll give you a quote for parts and labor before beginning the repair. If it doesn’t seem like we can fix it, or the replacement price is cheaper than repair, a modest diagnostic fee will be assessed and we’ll return your item.
After hours drop-off and pick-up is available if the item fits in our outdoor drop boxes.
*Please note that we do not repair cell phones, computers, or in-home appliances.

We’re located at 1907 I-94 Business Loop East in Dickinson, North Dakota.
When you’re coming off of Highway 10, look for DD’s Fix-It Shop sign on the highway. Turn in, going along the east (right) side of the garages, and keep driving back until you see Unit J, which is near the back of the lot and next to Ferguson Supply.
Our drop boxes are located right outside our front door, just on the back side of Ferguson Supply’s building.
